When we moved into our apartment space with big blank walls and little furniture to fill the space I had to be a little bit creative with what we had. I had found this lovely Anthropologie wrapping paper some time before, hoping to be able to one day get some big frames to showcase it's fun pops of color.....but finally decided to forgo the frames and simply pin them to the way. Initially I thought this would just be a temporary fix to my craving for color but after two and a half years I still love this random splash of joy! The wool pom pom garland came a bit later, as did the beautiful TrueCotton Thanksgiving cards.
It's always fun to see how decor can evolve over time. In my case this often arises out of a tight budget and the need to make our space feel like home.
